Scope

These terms govern your use of Clean Cut Lawns services in Canada. By requesting a quote, creating a booking, or receiving any service, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Scheduling & Access

Bookings & Changes

Bookings can be one-time or recurring. Quotes are based on lot size, grass height, obstacles, and frequency. We may adjust the quote on arrival if conditions differ materially from the description or photos provided.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are in CAD and subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before your slot to avoid a cancellation fee.

User Obligations

Liability

We are not liable for hidden obstacles or pre-existing lawn conditions. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.

Damages & Claims

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we will re-service problem areas at no additional charge where feasible.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, safety concerns, abuse, or repeated cancellations. You may cancel recurring services at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice before the next scheduled visit.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. The courts located in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply on posting to this page. If changes materially affect your recurring service, we will provide notice using your contact on file.
